Rushco is continually recruiting service technicians and
Hvac sales persons. Technicians must have a good driving record.
Our personnel must take a profiling skills test and pass a drug
screen test. With this high level of requirements the company
supports the employee with annual training classes. This
training includes local one day seminars as well as out of town
week long factory sponsored classes.
